Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that fragile ceramics and planters are well-padded to prevent transit damage.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
